Hi, I was wondering if anyone has had any good experiences dealing with Kawasaki when they had a problem? Here is my story: I purchased a new 2007 STX12F in May from my local dealer. I have used it a total of 5 hours. I took it on vacation to New hampshire a few weeks ago. After launching, the machine would not start. Called the dealer. I was told to charge the battery. Did that and still just a thump noise. I was told to bring it to a Kawasaki dealer in New hampshire, so I did. The engine was hydrolocked with fuel. While working on it it caught on fire. Kawasaki told me to bring it back to the dealer in New Jersey that I bought it from. It has been there over a week and they still have no idea on why it happened or how to fix it. I have spoken to Kawasaki and asked them for a new machine. Might as well been talking to the wall. Their authorized dealer caught my machine on fire, not me. The NJ dealer is giving me the run around. Never tells me what is going on and never returns calls. Kawasaki Consumer services is a waste. They say Kawasaki will fix it. When? The season here will be over in a few weeks. So far the dealer and Kawasaki have been useless. I don't know what else to do. Does anyone have any ideas or experiences that they can share. thanks Ken
