So my uncle had two GP1200R 's in the past that had a some issues because of poor maintainance.  (My uncle didn't take care of them too much).  Now I own a 1300 and want to make sure the same doesn't happen.  Is there anything outside of the abvious that I should do as prevenative maintainance.

waveeater clips for the powervalves. intake grate for safety. d-plate in place of the catalytic converter. change to pre-mix cuz the oil lines are prone to fall off =seize. pump tunnel reinforcement.  waht year is your 13? if its 05 or newer you dont have to worry about the rideplate/pumpshoe inserts.
