i recently got a 1988 kawasaki js 440 and its been sitting for aout 10 years and i've tried to start it but it would not start, i pulled the head off and in the bottom there is alot of milky sludge. would i need to rebuild the motor? or should i trying doing something else? lik.... flushing it, rebuilding the carb and try to run it out??? thanks, dustin

Hi, you need to replace your cilinderhead gasket, maybe the head needs to be shaved,
you had a leak in the cilinderhead gasket, so water, gas and oil gets mixed and that's
the milky stuff you see!
