I'm baffled on this one!!  We were out riding one day late summer, and had the ski just bog down, and not run well.  We took it back, and threw it on the trailer.  There, it seems to start and run just fine.  Agian, in the water, no power.  Here is what I know, see if you all can help me out:

155 psi in each hole
spark plugs are new
battery fully charged
starts
revs
front cylinder gets warmer than rear
water comes out the pisser, and the pump as it should when hooked to a hose
spark gaps over 1 inch when removed from hole and hels away from case
pto is a little wet when removed, front is dry

All these things lead me to believe that it is not firing, but I have spark, fuel, and air.  Any ideas at all?
